As per decisions of the Board of Directors, Mr. LIU Jiawang was appointed as Executive Vice President of CIC. Mr. SHEN Rujun no longer serves as Executive Vice President of CIC.

We highly acknowledge and appreciate the important work and outstanding contribution made by Mr. SHEN Rujun to deepen the reform and innovation of “Huijing Model”, refine the management rules and systems of CIC Group companies, and facilitate high-quality development of Central Huijin’s portfolio companies.
